The DirecTV Settlement provides that the Settlement Fund is to be distributed to Class Members, after deduction of any Court-approved attorneys’ fees and expenses, notice and administration costs, and incentive awards. The benefit to be paid to each Class Member depends on the amount of money, if any, the Class Member paid to the Lonstein Law Office and the final number of Class Members. No payments can be made to the class until the pending appeal is resolved and the settlement becomes effective. Please be patient.
